Do I have to pay sales tax?
For the time being, only California residents need to pay sales tax

Can I pay by Check/Money Order?
No.

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept phone orders at this time.

If I own a retail store, can I carry Red Chapter as a brand?
Of course! Either call us at 866-969-8287 or email us at sales@RedChapterClothing.com to get more info on how you can apply for a wholesale account.

Can I get an item with a custom ambigram on it. I.E. a custom shirt or coffee mug or lighter?
Definitely. You should head over to Flipscript.com where they specialize in creating custom ambigram items.

What size should I buy?

Please take a look at the sizing section for approximate sizing of our garments. All Red Chapter garments will vary in sizing slightly from style to style, and it is important to us that you love the way your Red Chapter garment fits.

If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No. We hate spam as much as you do, and your privacy is our top priority. You will only be contacted by Red Chapter Clothing, and we will never disclose your information to any third parties. Period.
How should I care for my Red Chapter items?
Because of the different washes and the nature of some of the materials we use, it is recommended that you wash each garment inside-out on a gentle wash cycle and air or tumble dry on a low setting. Some of our garments are extremely delicate and require dry cleaning only. Please refer to the care instructions on each individual garment before washing.

How do you ship your orders?
Currently, orders within the US are shipped by the US Postal Service. Your order usually ships within 1-7 business days after we receive it.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Every effort is made to ensure that your order ships within 1-7 business days after we have received it. During the holidays, however, our processing time may increase due to the US Postal Service backups.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please refer to the Shipping and Exchanges page for our specific exchange policies.

Is your site secure?
Our main priority is the security of your personal information. We use SSL security encryption at the time of your order, which is the highest industry standard for ensuring the security of your online transactions. Your credit card information is immediately deleted from our system after payment has been processed and not archived in any way.
